Every day you get a maximum of 3 cookies to give to your friends, or people that you meet in Hotel Hideaway. They are not cumulative, which means that you will never have more than 3 to give.
You are also able to win more cookies to give to your friends as part of the Lost and Found prizes.
You are not able to purchase any more cookies.
